Please read the T&C’s carefully before purchasing; by purchasing with Glossify, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your records.
K&K Beauty Ltd using the trading style Glossify own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Glossify website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than under the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Please check your order carefully before checkout, as orders cannot be amended once the order is confirmed. We cannot amend any errors once an order is confirmed. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this page. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Order Details
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect details being provided at checkout, such as an incorrect delivery address. When placing an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate details before placing the order.
Adding to your Order
Our fulfilment and shipping processes are automated, and as such, we are unable to add additional items or make changes to existing orders.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If there is an error or inaccuracy with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether. Prices are displayed in GBP.
Payment
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with K&K Beauty Ltd, using the trading style Glossify. Glossify, must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. By purchasing these products from our site, you confirm that they're for professional use.
Delivery Charges
Delivery for all international shipments are charged based on weight and volume. Domestic UK mainland shipments are all one price. We cannot be liable for all and any international import duties and taxes if they occur.
£5.99 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for most parts of mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items.
If you opt with our delivery partner for your order to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour, please note you are then liable for any damages or theft that may consequently occur.
If your delivery has been refused or returned to sender, the shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due for your order.
Customs for Overseas Orders
As all orders are dispatched directly from England, please be aware that when ordering goods from Glossify for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination.
As the customer, you are responsible for all import fees imposed by the country you reside in. Glossify have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise and the goods are returned to us, then you will be liable for the return shipping fees, and these will be deducted from any refund due.
Please note that the total displayed on your checkout page does not include any additional duties. Any supplementary duties required will be communicated to you by the courier.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, you will be advised on an estimated dispatch date. Please allow 3-5 working days estimated dispatch time, or 5-7 working days during sale periods. We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will issue you with a refund or a credit note.
Discount Codes, Vouchers and Sales
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be applied to sale items unless otherwise specified. Discounts do not apply to shipping fees or subscriptions. We may withdraw or amend any offers at any point without notice.
Gift cards are excluded from all discount codes and sales unless otherwise stated.
New products will be excluded from discount codes and sales for a period of time, defined by us, from their launch date and will not benefit from any discount. Where such exclusions apply, this will be stated in the product description of any such item.
We are unable to add a discount code to an order after it has been placed or refund the difference where a discount code has not been applied during checkout. Additionally, if an order is placed before a promotion or sale begins, we are unable to refund the price difference once the sale has started.
We advise customers to double check the details of their basket before placing an order to avoid disappointment.
Returns
We do not accept returns on cosmetic or hygiene-sensitive goods due to health and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.
For non-cosmetic items, returns may be accepted provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact. Items must be returned in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under your statutory rights.
Part returns of items sold as sets, kits, or collections are not accepted unless agreed due to fault or damage.
To request a return, please contact us at orders@glossify.co.uk, including your order number and reason for return.
Where a return is authorised, items must be sent back using a tracked or recorded delivery service. This is recommended for your protection and ours, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure all items are dispatched in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or prevent resolution.
Where items are confirmed as damaged or faulty, we will offer a remedy in line with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Missing Items
Customers must notify us of any missing items or order discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.
Where a missing item (or items) is reported, we will conduct an internal investigation which may include review of warehouse packing footage, fulfilment records, and courier proof of delivery.
Once the investigation has been completed, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the findings. This may include issuing a replacement, issuing a refund where an item is out of stock, or rejecting the claim where evidence confirms the order was correctly fulfilled and dispatched, and that the parcel was not tampered with after delivery.
Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the relevant courier..
Orders are not considered lost until the carrier has completed their investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost, misdelivered, or undeliverable.
Once the carrier has confirmed the outcome of their investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Where stock is available, we reserve the right to issue a replacement as the preferred resolution method.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where cancellation is not possible due to dispatch, you may still be entitled to return the item in accordance with the returns policy above.
Returning Custom Items
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Glossify.
Event Tickets
From time to time, Glossify may host events for which tickets are sold on our website. Please note that all event tickets are excluded from all discount codes and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Colour Representation
Every effort is made to ensure that all our product imagery is as accurate as possible. Due to colour/resolution settings on electronic devices, the colour representation may differ slightly from the physical product.
