How to create the perfect ombre illusion french.

Firstly pick your 2 desired colours you'd like to create the look with.

Paint the left side of the nail with one colour and the right side with the other colour.

Then using a liner or square brush (I prefer liner) repeatedly go over the middle of the nail where the two colours meet until is starts to blend. Repeatedly go over this until you are happy with the blend, then cure.

Now for the illusion! To create the smile line you will need to swap the colours over e.g when first painting the full nail; if you used pink for the left side ,you will use this for the right side of the smile line.

So, now draw your smile line with your two colours swapped around

Then start to blend this in the middle in the same way you blended the full nail (don't worry about losing shape of your smile line when blending your colours together

If you did lose shape of your smile line; you can use a round brush to clean this up.

When you're happy with your smile line you can cure and the top coat. Viola!
